Food allergies

Not enough attention is usually paid to food allergies. We often know some health problems without even knowing that they are related to foods that are not suitable for us. Among the foods to which many people are more or less allergic are milk, cheese, wheat, corn and coffee. By eliminating these foods, many people see their health improving.

It is important to know that when a food is not suitable for us, you can always see it by taking your pulse at the time it is digested. In fact, it is necessary to take your pulse before the meal and resume it under the same conditions (i.e. in a calm state) about 30 minutes after eating. If the pulse after the meal exceeds the pre-meal pulse by five beats or more per minute, it is highly likely that you are allergic to the ingested food.
