Kale cabbage chips


1 large bunch of kale

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 teaspoon coarse salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 tsp baking yeast


  1. In a large bowl, mix the coarsely torn cabbage leaves with the other ingredients.

  2. Roast in the oven at 300 degrees F for 7 minutes. Turn the cabbage leaves over and cook again for 10 minutes or until toasted and crisp.
