International order

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Naturiste delivers to international destinations. Orders are generally shipped by Canada Post by air or surface. The cost of delivery is based on the weight of the products and the delivery address of the order. Delivery times depend on the country of destination and can vary from a few working days to several weeks after the products have left our warehouse.

Note that it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into the country of destination. The buyer is also responsible for paying import taxes, customs duties, and any other transaction costs. Naturiste is not responsible for additional delays due to customs clearance procedures and is not responsible for products refused by the country of destination. Contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Only orders to Canada and the United States can be placed online at this time. For any other destination, please complete the form below.To speed up your request, be sure to complete all of the requested information.

  1. Once your request has been received, Customer Service will estimate your delivery costs.
  2. If you agree to place the order, a Paypal invoice for the full charges (products and delivery) will be emailed to you, allowing you to pay by credit card or Paypal account securely.
  3. Once payment is received, your order will be shipped from our warehouse within a maximum of 2 business days.
  4. Then add the delivery time for your destination depending on the service used. Click here to view Canada Post's standard deadlines.

Note that international orders are sales finals. All correspondence with customers outside of Canada will be done by email only.
