Lamb chops with lemon and rosemary

LAMB CHOPS WITH LEMON AND ROSEMARY

 

Ingredients

8 to 12 lamb chops

3 c. rosemary soup

1 c. oregano soup

4 minced garlic cloves

60 ml of olive oil

1 lemon, juice and zest

Salt

½ c. pepper tea from the mill

2 pinches of peppers in flakes (optional)

2 lemons cut into quarters (to serve)

 

Preparation

  1. Whisk all the ingredients in the oil, except the meat.

  2. Add the meat and marinate for about 30 minutes.

  3. Grill the meat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Serve.
