8 to 12 lamb chops
3 c. rosemary soup
1 c. oregano soup
4 minced garlic cloves
60 ml of olive oil
1 lemon, juice and zest
½ c. pepper tea from the mill
2 pinches of peppers in flakes (optional)
2 lemons cut into quarters (to serve)
Whisk all the ingredients in the oil, except the meat.
Add the meat and marinate for about 30 minutes.
Grill the meat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Serve.
