4 c. to chia seed soup
1 c. to sunflower seed soup
1 tsp sliced almonds soup
2 c. to granola soup
1 tbsp grated coconut soup
½ cup coarsely sliced fresh fruit (mango, peach, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, apple, banana)
1 cup almond milk, natural or vanilla
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Serve.
