1 cup of vanilla soy milk
¼ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
¼ cup of quinoa flakes
1/8 c. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 C. coarsely ground flax seeds
1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process to desired consistency.
2. Add the protein and pulse a few times to incorporate it.
