Among these diseases are multiple sclerosis, type 1 diabetes, lupus, autoimmune thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Goujerot-Sjögren syndrome, Crohn's disease.
Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease. Our immunity is attacking cells from our cartilage rather than microbes. It could be caused by food allergies or intolerances.
