A glass of almond milk soup

A cup of oatmeal flour

Sodium bicarbonate tea

A cup of Grenoble nuts, roughly chopped

A cup of liquid coconut oil

 

 

 

  1. Preheating furnace 375 degrees

  2. In a large bowl, mix 2 soup of almond milk with 2 soup of flaxseed tea. Let it thicken. Keep it.

  3. In a cup to be measured, place a cup of almond milk and fig, then microwave for 1 minute, then add water. book

  4. In another bowl, combine the rest of the flaxseed, two flour, flour, salt, sodium bicarbonate, and Grenoble nuts. book

  6. Divide into 12 muffin molds and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
