Purifying green salad



  • 1 leaf lettuce or other, cut into strips

  • 2 bok choy, cut into strips

  • 1 cup baby spinach, cut into strips

  • 1 cup of organic dandelion leaves, cut into strips. You can take those on your property as long as you don’t use any fertilizers or pesticides! Pick these before flowering, to avoid them becoming too bitter.

  • 4 green onions, cut into rings

  • 1 English cucumber, cut into a quarter moon

  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped

  • 1/3 cup fresh basil, cut into strips

  • ¼ cup fresh oregano


Vinaigrette :

  1. 2/3 cup avocado oil

  2. 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

  3. salt pepper



In a salad bowl, combine all the salad ingredients. Reserve. Prepare the vinaigrette and serve.
