Tuna sandwich

TUNA SANDWICH

Ingredients:

Seed and nut bread
1 Can (99 g) of tuna in olive oil
Tomato cut into slices
Provolone cheese
Roasted or grilled peppers
¼ of an avocado
Shoots (Alfalfa, broccoli, radish ...)


Vinaigrette:
1/8 cup chopped capers
1/8 cup pitted and finely chopped black olives
1/8 cup chopped basil and parsley
¼ cup olive oil (you can use canned oil)



Preparation:

  1. Assemble your sandwich: tuna, tomatoes and cheese. Grill if desired.

  2. Add the remaining toppings and dressing.
