Disiccirating Smoothie

ENERGIZING AND DEACIDIFYING SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • A measure of vanilla protein

  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple (pineapple contains an enzyme called bromeline and helps absorb and absorb protein)

  • 1/4 cup frozen kiwi

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tsp Chlorophyll

  • 2 tbsp flaxseed

 

Preparation

  1. In a blender, stir in all ingredients and liquefy. Serve.

  

Good to know

Pineapples can be replaced by 1/4 of pineapple juice. The kiwi can freeze in pieces.
