Portion: Serves 4

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups raspberries
1 banana
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup peaches
175g plain or vanilla yogurt
4 cups apple juice
4 servings ofIso High Performance Protein PE 2.0

 

Preparation

In a blender, stir in all ingredients except protein and liquefy.
Pour into a blender (shaker)add 1 serving of protein and shake to mix well.
Can be kept for 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator.
