SURPRISING BROWNIES

  

Ingredients

  • 1 can (540 mL) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 tbsp. Le Naturiste safflower oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 C. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of natural sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 C. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pecans

 

Preparation

  1. Put the grill at the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 ˚F (180 ̊˚C).
  2. In a large bowl, use a mixing arm to combine the beans, oil, eggs, vanilla and sugar until combined.
  3. In another bowl, combine cocoa, salt and baking powder. Incorporate into the previous mixture.
  4. Once everything is homogeneous, put in a square silicone mold. Spread chocolate chips and pecans over mixture.
  5. Cook for 35 minutes.
