Increases muscle mass when used with a resistance training program. Improves performance during repeated short sessions of high intensity physical activity (e.g. sprints, jumps, resistance training).

Recommended use

Increases strength, stamina and muscle volume.

Recommended dosage: Adult: Introductory phase: 1 teaspoon, 3 to 4 times daily, for 5 to 7 days. Maintenance phase: 1 teaspoon, once a day. Add to 125-250 ml of water or your favorite drink. Not to be taken with products containing caffeine.
