Rainbow smoothies to celebrate love

The big Pride Festival has begun, and at Naturiste we're more excited than ever! As fervent defenders of love for all, we've decided to concoct something special to celebrate this colorful event as it should be: Rainbow-colored Smoothies!

These smoothies are not only a feast for the eyes, but also for the taste buds! They're lovingly created, combining our supplements with an explosion of bright, vibrant colors.

So, are you ready to fill up on good vibes and incredible flavours?

ROUGE PASSION

A juicy red fruit base blended with our electrolytes for a dose of hydration and fiery energy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries

  • 1/2 cup raspberries

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 300ml almond milk

  • 1 scoop of electrolytes

Instructions:

  1. Wash the fruit thoroughly and peel the banana.

  2. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

ORANGE BOOST

Vitality for your gym sessions!

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange, peeled and chopped

  • 3/4 medium carrots, peeled and sliced

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt

  • 250ml orange juice

  • 1 scoop of Creatine

Instructions:

  1. Place the orange pieces, carrot slices, banana and yoghurt in the blender.

  2. Add the orange juice and Creatine.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

SUNNY YELLOW

The bitterness of lemon and the distinctive taste of turmeric combine with our pre-workout. A delicious smoothie that will help alleviate fatigue and help maintain immune function.

Ingredients:

  • juice of 2 fresh lemons

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt

  • 250ml almond milk

  • 1 scoop of Pre-Workout

Instructions:

  1. Squeeze the juice from the fresh lemons.

  2. Place the lemon juice, banana, turmeric powder, plain yoghurt, almond milk and Pre-Workout powder in the blender.

  3. Blend until smooth and velvety.

DETOX GREEN

Looking for a detox smoothie rich in essential vitamins and nutrients? Put your trust in our Green Foods.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 250ml almond milk or orange juice

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1 scoop of Greens

Instructions:

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly.

  2. Place spinach, banana, avocado, almond milk or orange juice, maple syrup and Green Food in blender.

  3. Blend to desired consistency.

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt

Instructions:

  1. Place ingredients and Collagen in blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
