Return & cancellation



Naturiste is known for its excellent customer service and we put customer satisfaction first. That's why we encourage our customers to contact us with any concerns before taking any action.

We sincerely hope that the products you purchase from help you find your optimal health. If not, our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery of the product (the delivery confirmation from Canada Post shows this date). Once this period has elapsed, no returns will be accepted.

You may return your order, provided that the following conditions are met

  • The packaging is in its original condition.
  • You have a copy of the transaction receipt including the payment method
  • The product has not been consumed or used. Exception: If the container has been opened, the product has been consumed and a defect has been found, you can return it by by first contacting customer service.
  • Shipping costs for a return by mail must be paid by the consumer.

Gift cards and items identified as final sale or clearance are not refundable.

Cancellation of one or more items ordered that reduces the pre-tax total of the order to less than 75$, or a change of address, may remove your right to free shipping.


In order to serve you in the most efficient manner, please follow the following methodology to return a product:

  1. Contact customer service by email using our "Contact Us" form or directly at
  2. Once the return is authorized, send the product to the following address by Canada Post:

  3. Once the item is received, we will process the refund. The funds should appear on your statement within 5-10 business days of the refund.

ATTENTION: Orders placed in-store cannot be returned by mail; you must return them to a Naturist store.


Return shipping costs are to be paid entirely by the customer. If the return is due to an error on our part, the cost will be paid by Naturiste. In both cases, it is the customer's responsibility to pack the item properly. In case of breakage, we may refuse the return.


An item purchased online can be returned directly to the store. A return request will be filled out and forwarded to the web customer service. If the request is valid according to the above mentioned criteria, the refund will be made using the same payment method. You will receive a refund confirmation by email.

To make a return in store, the customer must present a proof of purchase.


Once the item is received, a follow-up email will be sent.

If the refund request is accepted, the amount will be refunded in the same payment method within 10 business days. The customer will receive a confirmation of the refund by email.


A partial refund will be issued if the customer had free shipping when purchasing the returned item and the value of the returned item reduces the invoice amount to less than 75$ before taxes and after discounts. In this case, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.


The customer must wait 10 business days for the processing of the refund request.

After this period, if the customer believes they have not received their refund, they must first verify the transactions on the card used to purchase the product and then contact their financial institution.

Exchanges are made only in the case of an error, defect or breakage of the product sent.

An exchange request must be sent to The exchange is subject to our approval. The shipping costs of the replacement item will be assumed by Naturiste.


To cancel a pending order, the customer must send an email to or call toll free customer service at 1-888-562-7268 from Monday to Friday between 9am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 3pm.

If the order has already been shipped, the customer must wait to receive it, then request a return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


To return a product, the customer must package it to avoid breakage and send it to Naturiste, 5924 Bd Henri Bourassa West, Saint-Laurent, QC, H4R 1V9, Canada.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges unless Naturiste has previously agreed to them. We are not able to guarantee receipt in transit to us and are not responsible for its loss or theft.
