WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We do not accept Interac, checks, cash, credit vouchers, or international credit cards.


WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?

Free shipping (for orders over $75)
At Naturiste.ca, we offer FREE SHIPPING on online orders of $75 or more, after discounts and before taxes, for packages up to 5kg, under the following conditions: Free shipping applies only to areas near Quebec and Ontario.

Delivery charges (for orders under $75)
Delivery is charged for all online orders under $75 after discounts and before taxes. Delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery address and package weight. For packages over 5kg or to remote areas, additional fees may apply.


WHY IS MY SHIPPING NOT FREE WHEN MY ORDER IS OVER $75?
Free shipping only applies to areas near Quebec and Ontario and packages not exceeding 5kg. Orders in remote regions or over 5kg will incur additional fees.


WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order preparation.
Delivery is normally 1 to 5 business days in Canada. A confirmation email will be sent when Naturiste ships your order, including your tracking number to track your package via the Purolator website.

Additional time may apply for remote regions.


CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Enter this number on the Purolator website to track your package.


CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON NATURISTE.CA AND GET A REFUND?
We sincerely hope the products you purchase from Naturiste.ca help you reach your optimal health.

If not, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The packaging is in its original condition.

  • You have a copy of your transaction receipt, including payment method.

  • The product has not been used or consumed.

Exception: If the container has been opened, the product has been consumed, and a defect is found, you may return it after contacting customer service.

To return a product:

  1. Contact customer service by email at services@naturiste.ca.

  2. Once authorized, send the product via Purolator (Canada only) to:

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the item.

THE PRODUCT I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE, HOW DO I GET IT?
Out-of-stock items cannot be ordered online. Contact your nearest store or email services@naturiste.ca for the next arrival date.


CAN YOU SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES?
U.S. orders are permanently suspended due to tariffs.


DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Naturiste currently ships to international destinations only when Canada Post resumes normal service.

⚠️ Please note: International orders are final sales, and all correspondence will be handled by email.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring legal import and paying all taxes, duties, and fees.


ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
All Naturiste products are not tested on animals.
