Serves 6 to 8

Lemon Chill

Ingredients :

  1. 6 to 8 bags of Naturiste Lemon Chill Chill herbal tea

  2. 2l water

  3. Lemon slices

  4. Fresh mint leaves

  5. Honey or maple syrup (optional)

Ginger Pear

Ingredients

  1. 6 to 8 teabags of Naturiste Pear Ginger herbal tea

  2. 2l water

  3. 1 ripe pear, sliced

  4. Fresh ginger slices

  5. Honey or maple syrup (optional)

Peppermint

Ingredients

  1. 6 to 8 teabags of Naturiste Organic Peppermint tea

  2. 2l water

  3. Fresh mint leaves

  4. Cucumber slices

Strawberry Guava

  1. 6 to 8 teabags of Silhouette Strawberry Guava herbal tea

  2. 2l water

  3. A few halved strawberries

  4. A few pineapple cubes

  5. 2 limes

Organic Chamomile

  1. 6 to 8 sachets Naturiste Organic Chamomile tea

  2. 2l water

  3. 4 peaches, coarsely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Bring the water to the boil in a saucepan.

  2. Add the chosen tea bags to the boiling water.

  3. Let the tea steep for about 5-7 minutes, then let the tea cool to room temperature for a few minutes.

  4. Add fruit and other garnishes

  5. Pour the tea into a decanter and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to chill.

  6. If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can add honey or maple syrup to taste.

  7. Stir gently and enjoy your delicious fresh tea!
