Order & Delivery

We prioritize the shipment of your orders.

Rest assured that we will process your order quickly and with the utmost care so that you can enjoy your purchases as soon as possible, without any surprises!

Preparation

Order preparation is completed within 24 to 48 business hours.
If additional time is required, for example if a product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you within that same timeframe to offer the option of a refund or an estimated restock date.


Shipping

Our shipping service is currently provided by Purolator for Canadian orders only, due to the strike at Canada Post.
Orders to the United States are permanently suspended due to tariffs.
International shipments (excluding the United States) will resume once Canada Post services are back to normal.

Please note that some regions of Canada may not be serviceable by Purolator.
In this case, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
Regular service will resume once Canada Post operations return to normal.


Delivery Time

Carriers are responsible for their respective delivery times.
Delivery is normally 1 to 5 business days but may vary depending on your region.

During the holiday season or periods of high order volume, additional delays may occur.
You can always track your package on the Purolator website.


Responsibility

Once the package leaves our warehouse, Naturiste is no longer responsible.
Once the package is picked up, Purolator assumes full responsibility.
Naturiste is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.


Delivery Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and accurate delivery address.
Incorrect information could result in the loss of the package or its return to our warehouse.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the cost of return and re-shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.


Undelivered or Unclaimed Packages

If a package cannot be delivered by Purolator due to an incorrect address or lack of access, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Return and re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Costs

The shipping fees paid by the customer go entirely toward the Purolator service.
Naturiste does not take any portion of this amount.


Free Shipping on Orders of $75 or More (Before Taxes and After Discounts)

Canadian ground shipping is free for orders of $75 or more, before taxes and after discounts, with some exceptions.
Free shipping applies only to regions near major centers in Quebec and Ontario.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the package and your delivery address.
Additional fees apply for orders over 5 kg.


Orders Under $75

Shipping fees must be fully paid by the customer.
The amount payable will be displayed in the shopping cart once the delivery address is entered.
Shipping fees are set by Purolator.


Estimated Shipping Costs

To know the shipping cost specific to your address, add the products you want to your cart.
Click on the cart icon at the top right to view your cart, then click “Proceed to Checkout.”
Enter your information (email, address, province, postal code, and phone number), then click “Continue to Shipping.”


Out of Stock

It is not possible to order a product if it is out of stock.
All accepted orders are for products we can deliver within the expected timeframe, unless unforeseen events occur.
