Order & Delivery

We make shipping your parcels one of our top priorities.
You can rest assured that we will ship your order quickly and with great care so that you can enjoy your purchases as soon as possible, without any unpleasant surprises!

Order Processing

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours.
If additional time is required—for example, if a product you ordered is not in stock—we will contact you within that same timeframe to offer you the option of a refund or an estimated restock date for the product.

Shipping

Our delivery service is currently provided by Canada Post for orders within Canada only, due to the strike at Canada Post.
Shipments to the United States are permanently suspended because of customs tariffs.
International deliveries (excluding the United States) will resume when Canada Post services are fully available again.

Please note that some regions in Canada may not be serviced by Canada Post. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded. Regular service will resume once Canada Post operations return to normal.

Delivery Times

Carriers are solely responsible for their own delivery times.
Delivery times are normally 1 to 5 business days but may vary depending on your region.

During the holiday season or periods of high order volume, additional delays may occur.
You can track your parcel at any time on the Canada Post website.

Responsibility

Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, Naturiste is no longer responsible for it.
After parcels are picked up, Canada Post assumes full responsibility.
Naturiste is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged.

Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and accurate shipping address. An incorrect address may result in the loss of the parcel or its return to our warehouse.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, return and reshipping fees must be covered by the customer.

Undelivered or Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered by Canada Post due to an incorrect address or lack of access, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Return and reshipping fees must be covered by the customer.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees paid by the customer are entirely used to cover the cost of Canada Post’s service.
Naturiste does not receive any portion of this amount.

Free Shipping on Orders of $75 or More (before taxes and after discounts)

Ground shipping within Canada is free on orders of $75 or more, before taxes and after discounts, with some exceptions.
Free shipping applies only to regions near major centres in Quebec and Ontario.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the parcel and your shipping address.
Additional fees apply to orders over 5 kg.

Orders Under $75

Shipping fees must be fully paid by the customer.
The amount payable will be shown in the shopping cart once the shipping address has been entered.
Shipping fees are set by Canada Post.

Shipping Fee Estimate

To find out the shipping cost to your specific address, add the products you wish to order to your cart.
Click on the cart icon at the top right to view your cart, then click on “Proceed to checkout.”
Enter your information (email, address, province, postal code and phone number), then click on “Continue to shipping.”

Out of Stock

It is not possible to order a product that is out of stock. All accepted orders are therefore for products that we are able to deliver within the expected timeframes, except in unforeseeable circumstances.
