Spring break : It's time to relax

It's spring break. What if you take the opportunity to think about yourself and rest? Can't find time for yourself? It's true that we often lack time, especially with family obligations and other daily aspects.

But it's essential to take care of yourself. Try to organize yourself to find a few minutes each day dedicated to reconnecting with yourself.

To help you, the Naturiste team has put together a daily program of simple activities to implement. Concrete actions to take care of your body, mind, and health. Let's start our week together:

DAY 1 - A WRITING SESSION

For this first day, get comfortable, take a notebook that has been lying on your desk for months, a pencil, and write. You can take advantage of this writing session to talk about your projects, goals for the year, a gratitude page. For the more creative, it can also be in the form of drawings. This moment is really beneficial, allowing you to escape into your thoughts and refocus on your desires. It's also ideal for relaxing!

To continue down this path and relax your brain, we recommend taking Cervalin. It's the best partner for anxious or stressed individuals.

DAY 2 - A WALK OUTSIDE

For this day, put on your shoes and coat. It feels good to get some fresh air! You can go for a walk, jog, or simply sit on a bench and enjoy this solo moment. It's up to you to decide what suits you best. The idea is to use this time to reconnect and enjoy the benefits of nature.

DAY 3 - READ A BOOK OR LISTEN TO A PODCAST

Your activity of the day? Read a book or listen to a podcast. It's a great way to escape into another world. You can do this at any time during the day, but we suggest doing it in the evening. Turn off your phone to be in a peaceful setting and savor this moment.

The little extra: accompany this moment with a cup of your favorite Naturiste herbal tea!

DAY 4 - SPEND QUALITY TIME WITH A LOVED ONE

It's important to care for and maintain social relationships, and what better way to do so than by spending time with a loved one. This is an opportunity to invite a friend you don't usually have time to see to go out together. Have coffee at that bar you love, go to that exhibition that you've been wanting to see for weeks, or spend the evening at that new restaurant in the city center that you've been wanting to try... There are so many possibilities. You'll see, you'll come out a winner.

JOUR 5 - A SPA DAY AT HOME?

What could be better for relaxing and unwinding than a spa-like atmosphere? So, to achieve this, run the water and gather all the necessary materials to create a soothing atmosphere in the bathroom. Our suggestions to make this moment even better:

  1. Some music
  2. An essential oil diffuser, like Bora
  3. A few drops of Eucalyptus essential oil, which will bring you a sense of well-being and reduce your stress

And off you go to soak in your bathtub for a good part of the afternoon.

JOUR 6 - TRY YOGA

Yoga is an activity that combines sports and meditation. And we all know that exercising is good for both our physical and mental health. What's great about yoga is that it can be practiced anywhere, whether at home, in a studio, or outdoors when the weather permits. You'll find that even a short session can do wonders. Yoga relaxes the mind and body and helps soothe anxiety.

DAY 7 - TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN

Last day before starting a new week! And to start fresh, we give some love to our skin. Indeed, a little bit of care is never superfluous.

So, we take out our Naturiste full facial care line and take care of our skin. We clean, exfoliate and moisturize our pretty face. You'll have a radiant complexion!

We hope our tips have inspired you and given you the desire to take time for yourself. There are no limits to the possibilities for self-care. You can do these activities infinitely and adopt them according to your desires and needs.

The important thing is that it makes you happy and improves your physical and mental health!

Have a great break week from the entire Naturiste team.
