Use

2 to 4 infusions per day, preferably after meals. Place one tea bag in a cup, pour in hot water and steep for 3 to 5 minutes.

Iced herbal tea

Place one sachet in a cup, pour in 1/3 hot water and leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the sachet. Fill cup with ice cubes. Stir. Enjoy!
