Dampen your toothbrush then dip it in the powdered toothpaste to cover it with a thin layer of powder. Brush your teeth then rinse your mouth.

Limit the use of the toothpaste to no more than 3 times per week to avoid erosion of tooth enamel.

RECIPE
1. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of Miswak powder, 3 spoons of 0.5ml of activated charcoal, 3.5 tablespoons of baking soda and 30 drops of peppermint essential oil.
2. Mix all the ingredients with a tablespoon.
3. Pour the mixture into the provided 100ml jar.
4. Label your product.
