RECOMMENDED DOSE

Adult (oral): 1/2 to 1 teaspoon, once a day.

Place Senna leaves in a cup, pour in hot water and steep for about ten minutes.

Allow six to twelve hours to see the laxative effects.

Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
