2. Melt together in a double boiler.
3. Remove from heat and add natural fragrance and powdered sugar.
4. Place the bowl in a cold water bath and stir until cool.
5. Pour the mixture into the 10ml jar and label.

RECIPE BALM
1. Melt all the ingredients in a bowl in a water bath.
2. Pour the melted mixture into the tube.
3. Place the balm in the freezer for 1 hour.
