J’aime bien le produit sans goût très agréable et j’ai vraiment une baisse de douleur.

J’ai pris le SupraCollagène pendant 2 mois et j’ai senti une diminution de douleurs aux articulations de mes hanches dû à l’ostéoarthrite. Je fais présentement depuis 2 semaines un essai du Collagène Il (en capsules versus le SupraCollagène en liquide) car je serai en voyage pendant un mois et je préfère apporter des capsules. Depuis le changement je ne sens pas encore de différence dans mes hanches mais déjà je préfère le liquide aux capsules 3/jour. De plus, il y a des ingrédients tels que la glucosamine et le chondroitin seulement dans le SupraCollagène qui sont bénéfiques pour l’ostéoarthrite. Donc je fais un essai du Collagène ll pendant 2 mois pour évaluer la différence. Ce sera à suivre…
Je crois qu’il peut aussi avoir une différence dans l’absorption en capsules vs liquide.
