INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Naturiste currently ships internationally only when Canada Post resumes normal operations.
For the moment, orders to the United States are suspended due to tariffs and will not be shipped.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the products and the delivery address of the order. Delivery times depend on the destination country and can vary from a few business days to several weeks once the products leave our warehouse.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the product can be legally imported into the destination country.
The buyer is also responsible for paying all import taxes, customs duties, and other fees associated with the transaction.
Naturiste is not responsible for additional delays due to customs clearance procedures and is not responsible for products rejected by the destination country.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER PROCESS

To place an international order:

  1. Fill out the designated form and make sure to provide all requested information.

  2. Customer Service will estimate your shipping costs.

  3. If you agree to place the order, a Paypal invoice for the total amount (products and shipping) will be sent to you by email. You can pay securely by credit card or Paypal account.

  4. Once payment is received, your order will be shipped from our warehouse within a maximum of 2 business days.

  5. Add the delivery time for your destination according to the service used.

⚠️ Please note: International orders are final sales. All correspondence with customers outside of Canada will be conducted by email only.
