Child (thirteen years and older), Adult: 1 teaspoon, three times daily. For each teaspoon, mix into 150ml of liquid (water, juice, etc.). Shake vigorously and drink immediately. Effects observed within twelve to twenty-four hours after the first dose. Drink enough liquid. Psyllium pods are a soluble vegetarian fiber. Do not consume if you have difficulty swallowing or if you have an intestinal obstruction. Store in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
